Piscatiqui Island is part of the Canso Island archipelago. A vast island of 150 acres and 2.5 miles of shoreline (Georges Island has 2 miles). Surrounded by the Atlantic ocean and open to the approaches to the Canso Causeway this island has a rich history tied to the town of Canso and its fishing legacy. Only one of the two privately held islands in the Canso Island group. Large enough to be called a wilderness island, yet close enough to the mainland to homestead rear-round. Piscatiqui Island (along with Georges Island) is yours for the taking.
